Valves are manufactured in two factories: high-quality products are realized for the first time in the forging plant of Bosisio Parini, where billets and billets are re-qualified and forged under absolute control, material properties and forging procedures. In fact, we attach great importance to quality and have established a well-equipped testing laboratory to control the materials before, during and after the forging operation.

The processing of forgings and components is carried out in the main factory of Albano S. Alessandro. Due to the controlled CAD design, common standards and customer specifications meet high-tech standards. Properly designed and equipped automatic conveyors are used to process a large number of standard valves. At the same time, when more flexibility in machine settings and tools is required, several CNC machines can process a smaller number of valves. A large amount of investment has produced good results, optimized production technology and improved efficiency.

Design structure: up to 1500 level-API 602, BS 5352, NF M87.412. Grade: 2500 and 4500-ANSI B16.34.

Test basis: API 598, BS 6755. Marking: MSS SP25.

Rated value: 800 pounds according to ANSI B16.34 and API 602 grade.

Standard design: ASME B16.34-BS5351-API 6D. Two-piece or three-piece bolt structure-solid ball-soft seat-anti-blow out valve stem design antistatic device-side entry-fire test approval-ISO 5211 top automation-full port or reduced port.

Trunnion installation: from 1/2in to 24in FB, the highest grade is 2500 and API 20000.
