The KARFAR model GLD745 Multifunctional Tilting disc Check Valve is mounted in the pipelines of water supply, transfer, pressurizing, diving system, sewage pump station and oil, chemical fluid delivery. It is popularly used in city construction, high buildings, steel, metallurgy, oil, chemical, medicine and food industries as well as electricity power station, waterworks, irrigation system.
It mixes three functions as one, in replace of electrical control valve, check valve and pressure surge eliminator. It plays an important role in system safety. It is also automatic and energy efficient.
Features:
1, Safe and dependable; Eliminate pressure surge by three ways: rapid close, Slow shut and Energy absorbing cavity. Three processes are interlocked without mistake.
2, No need of human labor.
When pump starts working or stops, this valve will automatically and properly work with the pump only by the pressure difference between inlet and outlet mediums.
3, No need of professional adjustment (labour saving).
The valve can work under different conditions, rarely affected by flow level difference, outlet flow pressure and flow rate of the pump.
4, Easy maintenance and long service life.
5, Energy efficient; Flow resistance is as low as butterfly valve.
5, Short face to face length; Light weight; Easy installation& inline maintenance
