Flowrox is a supplier of pinch valves, knife gate valves and peristaltic pumps. Flowrox valve and pump solutions are used in various process industries, especially mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, construction, energy, environment and chemical industries. This acquisition will enable Neles to take advantage of the attractive growth opportunities in the mineral processing sector. The transaction includes the acquired business as well as the customer agreement and the Flowrox trademark, which will be transferred to Neles.
