Emerson is at booth #1645 at the Automate Show June 6-9 in Detroit, Michigan. In the booth, Emerson will showcase solutions that improve energy efficiency, connectivity and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Emerson is committed to making data visible and providing actionable insights to customers.

The company’s digital transformation solutions reduce complexity and help customers achieve higher quality, faster decision-making that improves performance and achieves sustainability goals. In addition, Emerson experts will be available for interviews and booth walk-throughs at the show. Booth exhibits will include:

Launching at the Automate Show, the new AVENTICS Series SPRA electric rod-style linear actuator is a cost-effective, high-performance solution. The Series SPRA provides enhanced load capacity, accuracy and reliability, as well as outstanding precision and repeatability. Emerson offers the Series SPRA with three different screw technologies that allow implementation within a wide range of applications, making it a versatile and flexible solution. The product is compliant with the ISO-15552 standard, and Emerson provides online selection tools and a wide range of mounting accessories to ensure appropriate implementation for users.

Emerson announced recently at Hannover Messe in Germany the launch of the first pneumatic valve system with integrated Open Platform Communications United Architecture (OPC UA) the AVENTICS Series Advanced Valve (AV) System with Advanced Electronic System (AES). Now available with preinstalled Open Platform Communications United Architecture (OPC UA) functionality, it is the first and only valve system to offer this uniquely integrated capability.

The AES helps users solve interoperability challenges and access data more easily. The integration of the digital twin improves productivity, efficiency and reduces cost.

The Series 616 Sentronic HD offers the most accurate control of pressure in the most demanding applications. The pneumatic proportional pressure control valve drives a specialized diaphragm-operated booster that delivers stable pressure control, even in dynamic flow conditions. The Sentronic HD features optional tuning software, which makes it easy to customize valve performance for specific application requirements. With the Series 616, project managers can modify valve performance during the R&D process, thus shortening development times. In addition, the Series 616 is easy to set up and leads to less downtime and easier troubleshooting.

The Movicon.NExT is a highly modular, highly scalable platform that goes beyond SCADA to solve automation problems for both end users and OEMs, from a single machine to a plantwide IIoT project implementation. Among Movicon.NExT modules, Movicon Pro.Lean™ provides performance data and analytics for evaluations of OEE and Movicon Pro.Energy™ measures and tracks consumption, while the advanced Movicon NExT.AR solves operational problems through visualization tools that allow personnel to evaluate previously unreachable equipment. For maximum flexibility, Emerson also provides Movicon WebHMI, an HTML5-based visualization tool that can be used as a stand-alone HMI product running on Windows or Linux operator panels, or as a Web Client for Movicon.NExT SCADA applications, as well as Connext™, an industrial protocol gateway.
