Frida’s Mexican Restaurant, 2903 Williamsburg Road – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: no date marks found on rice or beef in the walk-in cooler; sour cream incorrectly stored on floor of walk-in cooler.

Baker Elementary School, 6651 Willson Road – The following violation was reported during a routine inspection: dumpster lid was left open.

Tucker High School, 2910 North Parham Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: bread rack shouldn’t be used as shelves in the walk-in cooler; three-compartment sink has a leak.

Hungary Creek Middle School, 4909 Francistown Road – The following violation was reported during a routine inspection: single cutting boards are heavily scratched and stained.

Little Szechuan Restaurant, 10234 Staples Mill Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: used cardboard is in contact with fried wontons in the storage bin; black residue buildup found inside chute of ice machine; bottle of multi-vitamins incorrectly stored on a shelf with food; a cell phone incorrectly stored on top of a plate near prep unit; large bowls of noodles and chicken are covered during the cooling process; bins of flour and rice are unlabeled; single cutting boards are heavily scratched and stained; cardboard shouldn’t be lining racks in homestyle fridge and in dry storage areas; wire racks in the walk-in cooler are heavily rusted; observed buildup of grease and dried food residue on surfaces of fryers, wok, prep counters, wire racks and fan system in walk-in cooler, bulk ingredient bins, spray nozzle at dish machine and dish racks; observed grease and food buildup on floors under wok/fryers and in walk-in cooler/freezer; ceiling vents and panels above prep area are dusty; ceiling panels are stained; grease trap cover is rusty and has several holes.

Capital Ale House, 4024-A Cox Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: canned drink without lid and straw found at the server station; shellstock tags do not have the date the last mussel was served; raw bacon incorrectly stored next to precooked bacon and raw shell eggs incorrectly stored over liquid pasteurized eggs in walk-in units; ice machine has dark buildup; bar three-compartment sink doesn’t have enough sanitizer for proper use; dishwasher didn’t reach the required temperature after many runs; whipped cream cans are on time control without four-hour stickers; the online ordering menu doesn’t have a consumer advisory statement for burgers and steak that may be ordered rare; up-bar has a drain full of small flies; two cutting boards on the line and multiple in storage are deeply scratched and discolored; dishwasher hood and dry storage rack are rusty; dishwasher gauges appear to be broken; a fan guard and a light shield in the meat cooler are cracked; one make table on the line has a leak at the bottom; fan guards in walk-in coolers and beer cooler and dish hood openings are dusty; interiors of line fridges and expo shelves are dirty; meat cage and racks next to it have buildup; dishwasher covered in debris; water pipe in the beer cooler (under condenser) is leaking due to a crack; mop sink doesn’t have a dual check valve installed; floor at entrance to beer cooler is very pitted; a few floor tiles at the bar are cracked; walk-in cooler doors have textured, worn areas near the handles; floor under soda station has dark buildup; dish area wall at rinse sink has mildew above and under equipment; dry storage wall is dirty; floor drains under two-compartment sink and at the up-bar are grimy.

Subway, 9105 Quioccasin Road – The following violation was reported during a routine inspection: observed spillage on shelves in the storeroom.

Qdoba, 4501 South Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: food debris found at three hand sinks throughout the kitchen (hand sinks are for handwashing only); front hand sink doesn’t have hand soap; temperature of pinto beans cooling for an hour at room temperature is elevated; temperatures of chicken, steak, three bins of rice and three bins of black beans in the hot holding cabinet are too low; hot holding cabinet doesn’t appear to be working properly; improper thawing methods used for impossible meat and another meat; improper cooling method used for beans; shelf in between cook line and prep table is dirty; insides of cold and hot holding units have food debris; one light is out under the hood; one hood vent is dented; a dark liquid is leaking under dry storage in back left of kitchen; observed heavy oil/grease spill behind fryer on cook line; floors throughout are dirty; dirty towels are scattered over floor on cook line; trash and debris are on floor in dry storage.

Anna’s Pizza Pasta and Subs, 601 North Airport Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed dried food debris on sifter used to bread calamari; no date marks found on cooked spaghetti, fettucine, lasagna and chicken wings; bowls of flour on top shelf are uncovered; cooked rice incorrectly covered with cloth.

Greenwood Elementary School, 10960 Greenwood Road – No violations reported during a routine inspection.

Trevvett Elementary School, 2300 Trevvett Drive – No violations reported during a routine inspection.

Mehfoud Elementary School, 8320 Buffin Road – The following violation was reported during a routine inspection: pickles incorrectly stored on floor of walk-in cooler.

Henry Ward Elementary School, 3400 Darbytown Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: no handwash signage posted at hand sink in dish room; four cans in dry storage are dented at the seam; observed ranch dressing, cheese sticks, yogurt and taco salad cooling in the three-door unit where the air temperature is elevated; ranch cooling in the walk-in cooler shouldn’t be covered; sanitizer concentration at three-compartment sink is too high; dumpsters outside were left open.

Besos Mexican Kitchen & Cantina, 4821 Old Main Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: three hand sinks don’t have paper towels; no handwash signage is posted at hand sinks throughout; guac station hand sink doesn’t have hand soap; front hand sink had a wiping cloth in it and back hand sink is blocked; burn gel incorrectly stored next to spices and cleaning products incorrectly stored on the same shelf as food items; improper cooling method used for brisket; cook line prep unit doesn’t have an internal thermometer to measure ambient air temperature; sugar is unlabeled; dry beans incorrectly stored on floor in dry storage; wet wiping cloth incorrectly stored out on the cutting board; plastic bins are stacked while still wet; sanitizer is not dispensing at the three-compartment sink; a dual check valve is not installed on a sink.
