There are a total of 1,500 Ducati Desmosedici RR cars, the 171st car, this specific example is one of the best you have ever seen. check it out!

In 2004, Ducati announced at the Misano Circuit of World Ducati Week that small batch road replicas of Desmosedici will be available for pre-orders from June 2006. Ducati will produce 1,500 Desmosedici models for the public to purchase. This bicycle named Ducati Desmosedici RR is a limited production road version of the Desmosedici MotoGP race car.

Ducati showed the final production version of this bike for the first time at the press conference of the 2006 Italian Grand Prix held in Mugello. Desmosedici RR stands for Racing Replica and claims to be the first real road replica of a MotoGP car. Owners of Ducati 999R give priority to ordering and are expected to produce one bicycle per day at a retail cost of US$72,500.

The price includes a three-year warranty and repairs, a cover and a racing kit, including a racing-specific exhaust system, a sliding sleeve muffler, and supplemental fuel and ignition mapping in the "racing ECU". It also includes enough sponsor stickers to fill the sides of the bike.

Desmosedici RR is equipped with forged magnesium wheels and is Ducati's first mass-produced bicycle to use them. Aprilia used them on its limited edition RSVR Tuono in 2002. Ducati Desmosedici RR began production from October 2007 to December 2008, and the first customer orders were delivered in January 2008.

We recently encountered one of the best Ducati Desmosedici D16RR you have ever seen! The Ducati Desmo displayed on BellissiMoto.com is equipped with UNOBTAINIUM MegaTech full MotoGP titanium racing exhaust system from Japan. The original price is more than $9,000. In fact, only about 15 systems have been produced in the world.

The bicycle is also equipped with Marchesini forged magnesium alloy 17-inch wheels, Brembo T-Drive rotors, Durbahn ultra-lightweight front and rear axles, as well as EVR sliding clutches, open clutch covers and clutch followers. In addition, this Desmo has some titanium parts, including rotor bolts, caliper washers, toe nails, oil plugs and reset pivot bolts.

In order to complete some of the exquisite details of this Ducati, this bike is also equipped with a Bazzaz tuner, Samco silicone hose kit with stainless steel crimp clip, Rizoma water tank, Tech Spec fuel tank grip center pad, Domino grip and CNC Racing front Bridge nut and valve cover.

Although this bicycle is 13 years old, it only has 2,000 miles and is the 171st of 1,500 bicycles ever made. It was recently sold for $70,000.
